Alliance Direct Benefits: a brand built to grow membership
A new sub-brand, segmented landing pages and a rebuilt onboarding flow for a not-for-profit association.

The Alliance for Affordable Services, a not-for-profit association, came to us to increase membership. We built an acquisition strategy around its valuable member benefits.
First we created a sub-brand, Alliance Direct Benefits, that tells prospects what they get at a glance. After identifying the prime audiences, we built a responsive microsite that lets us quickly create and customize landing pages for each segment.
We also rearchitected onboarding to streamline conversion. Ongoing SEM optimization keeps refining performance for every segment.
